The present invention relates to a pipette in which a boronic acid latex ball is embedded in an inlet tube and a cap part has a through-hole, so that a pre-treatment process for mixing a blood sample, a buffer solution, and the boronic acid latex ball can be performed by a single pipette when measuring glycated hemoglobin. The present invention is a pipette in which the cap part made of an elastic material is coupled to the top of the inlet tube in which solution flows therein. The cap part has through-holes in both left and right sides or one side thereof. The inlet tube includes: a tip part which is arranged at the lower end of the inlet tube and which has a tubular structure; a lower part of the inlet tube, to which the tip part is inserted; and an upper part of the inlet tube, which is formed above the lower part of the inlet tube such that a stepped portion is formed between the lower part of the inlet tube and the upper part of the inlet tube. A protrusion is formed inside the lower part of the inlet tube by inserting the tip part into the lower part of the inlet tube and protruding the tip part from the lower part of the inlet tube. Further, the latex ball is embedded in the lower part of the inlet tube, a ring for preventing ball movement is fixed beneath the upper part of the inlet tube, and the latex ball comprises boronic acids.
