The present invention relates to a parallel bilateral retinaculum overlapping method which is a new operation method to correct trick knee which is one of an orthopedic disease in clinical demonstration. The purpose of the present invention is to maintain an effect as an operation which corrects the trick knee and to prevent the rotation of a kneepan which is one of complications generated after the operation. For the operation, the kneepan, a quadriceps femoris muscle, and a patellar ligament are sutured in a 11-shape through the cutting which additionally cuts the edge of the articular capsule of a stretched side between the inner and outer sides of the articular capsule which is cut after the operation of trochlear fovea. The operation method of the present invention maintains an effect which dents the kneepan with the trochlear fovea and plans for the balance of tensile force of the inner and outer sides and prevents the rotation of the kneepan which is complications generated when the tensile force is dramatically applied to one side. Therefore, the operation method of the present invention has additional effect capable of reducing the correction by reoperation and the progress of a degenerative joint disease due to the collection. |
