The present invention relates to an anti-rolling tank capable of controlling the rolling of a ship, comprising: a pair of stand-alone type tank main body installed on the bow and stern of a ship along the lateral direction; and pumps installed on the bottom on the tank main body which are capable of selectively inserting or discharging ballast water in correspondence with the rolling and pitching of the ship. The ballast water can be individually inserted to or discharged from the tank main body in correspondence with not only the rolling, but also the pitching of the ship, thus effectively controlling the balance of the ship without increasing the entire displacement.
