The present invention relates to a method to remove a burr occurred when cutting a metal such as a stainless steel or a copper and an apparatus thereof and, more specifically, to a method to prevent a burr occurred when a metal is cut by a cutting knife of a cutter. As the present invention is invented to control a tolerance of the upper/lower cutting knife by inserting and fixating one or several sheets of an interval adjusting unit made of a circular thin paper with a through hole between a fixer and a blade inserted and coupled to an axis; the method and the structure are simple to allow easy manufacturing, and the tolerance of the blade can be finely adjusted as the interval is controlled by stacking one or several sheets of thin papers. Therefore, not only a skilled worker, but anyone can use the present invention and the occurrence of a burr can be prevented as the upper/lower cutting knife exactly pressures and cuts a metal by accurately adjusting tolerance. As a result, the present invention does not require a burr removal process, which removes a burr after processing a metal, so that the work time can be reduced and unnecessary manpower and labor costs can be saved. |
