PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an end seal device capable of forming a top seal part inconspicuous so much, by eliminating waviness or reducing a waviness degree.SOLUTION: A box motion type end seal device moves its sealers in a predetermined locus while holding a state of opposing seal surfaces 31a and 32a of the vertically arranged sealers 31 and 32. A projection strip 35 extending in a width direction of a packing film is provided on the seal surface 32a of the one sealer 32, and a recessed groove 36 is provided in a position opposed to the projection strip on the seal surface 31a of the other sealer 31. When heating and pressurizing the packing film by the sealers, the projection strip and the recessed groove are secured in a clearance, and a film part of the packing film positioned in its clearance, is molded along the projection strip. |
