PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate-less double-sided adhesive sheet that has a good antistatic property, releasability, oligomer sealability, inspection easiness, and discriminability, for example, as a member material for touch panel of electrostatic capacitance type, and that has an oligomer sealing capability.SOLUTION: A substrate-less double-sided adhesive sheet 10 comprising release films respectively laminated on both surfaces of an adhesive layer, characterized in that compared to the peel force of one release film (first release film) the peel force of the other film (second release film) is bigger, the film haze of first release film is 6% or more, the second release film is a biaxially oriented polyester film on which a hydrolyzable silicon compound containing coating layer, a release layer are sequentially laminated, the variation of orientation angle in the film plane is 6 degrees/500 mm or more, and the oligomer amount extracted by dimethylformamide from the release layer surface after heat treatment (180°C, for 10 minutes) is 0.5 mg/mor less. |
