PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To synchronize related information to a reproduced image.SOLUTION: An information presentation device 1 comprises: an image identification unit 11 for identifying an input image; a reproduction position synchronization unit 12 which, on the basis of the result of identification by the image identification unit 11, an identification time when the identification by the image identification unit 11 is completed, and a present time, estimates the reproduction position of the related information which has to be represented in synchronization without delay with an input signal to be identified at the present time; and a related information representing unit 13 which represents the related information on the basis of the reproduction position estimated by the reproduction position synchronization unit 12.
