PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotating electrical machine capable of improving a torque and a vehicle using the same.SOLUTION: A rotating electrical machine according to an embodiment comprises: an annular coil wound around a rotation axis in a rotation direction; a stator including a plurality of first ferromagnetic bodies provided at predetermined intervals in the rotation direction so as to surround a part of the coil; and a rotator provided at an inner radius of the stator such that a predetermined gap exists between the rotator and the first ferromagnetic body, so as to be relatively rotatable around the rotation axis with respect to the stator. The rotator comprises: a plurality of second ferromagnetic bodies provided at predetermined intervals in the rotation direction; a first magnetic field formation part provided between adjacent two second ferromagnetic bodies and configured to form a magnetic field in the rotation direction; and a second magnetic field formation part provided at a predetermined distance from a first magnetic field generation part in the rotation direction between the adjacent two second ferromagnetic bodies and configured to form a magnetic field in a rotation direction opposite to the rotation direction of the first magnetic field formation part. |
