PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink-jet ink with high storage stability and discharge stability, and also with high scratch resistance of an obtained image.SOLUTION: An ink-jet ink includes a resin particle. The resin particle includes: a first layer; a second layer; and a third layer in this order from inside toward outside thereof. The first layer is made of a first resin without crosslinking, the second layer is crosslinked and made of a second resin including an ionic group, and the third layer is made of a unit including a hydrophilic site and a hydrophobic site.
