PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable various information necessary for analysis to be acquired from a faulty unit and enable fault information to be acquired even when a control part of a unit has failure.SOLUTION: A bill processing device configuring a device comprises units U1 to U10 having log memories LMEM 1 to LMEM10 respectively, a unit control part 21 having a fault information detection part 22, and a fault information storage memory 23. An operation information management device 10 located above the bill processing device comprises an installation information monitoring part 11 for monitoring an initial installation of the device, a device configuration monitoring part 12 for monitoring a change of the device configuration, a fault information acquisition part 13 for acquiring fault information from the fault information detection part 22, and an area information acquisition part 14 for acquiring the installation place of the device. Also, the operation information management device 10 is connected to a fault information storage part 15 for storing the same information as in the fault information storage memory 23 and stores the fault information and installation environment information in the fault information storage memory 23, the log memories LMEM 1 to LMEM 10, and the fault information storage part 15. |
