<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem in which if a plurality of kinds of semiconductor products are manufactured by using an identical die, the plurality of kinds of semiconductor products output an identical ID code because they uses the identical die when receiving an ID code instruction, and therefore users can recognize that the plurality of semiconductor products have different product model names but actually use the identical die, which causes a problem in differentiating prices.SOLUTION: A nonvolatile memory 2 stores the ID code of a semiconductor device 10. A TAP controller 1 reads the ID code from the nonvolatile memory 2 when receiving an ID code instruction from TDI (test data input terminal), and outputs the ID code from TDO (test data output terminal).</p> |
