a first tubular shaft; at least one second shaft movably disposable within the first tubular shaft; and at least one cutting member movably coupled to one of the first tubular shaft and the second shaft, wherein, in response to relative movement of the first tubular shaft and the second shaft, the cutting member is adapted to be displaced from a collapsed position to at least one deployed position, thereby defining at least one cutting diameter.
