One of the objectives of the present invention is to determine an allowable range of transmission power when the transmission power of a user device is to be relaxed. An aspect of the present invention relates to a user device having a transmission power minimum value calculation unit which calculates a minimum value of transmission power of the user device by applying a power reduction factor for relaxing the transmission power, a transmission power maximum value calculation unit which calculates a maximum value of the transmission power, an allowable transmission power range determination unit which calculates allowable values for the calculated minimum value and maximum value so as to compensate for the applied power reduction factor and determines an allowable range of the transmission power on the basis of the calculated allowable values, and a transmission power determination unit which determines transmission power within the determined allowable range of the transmission power. The allowable transmission power range determination unit determines the allowable range of the transmission power so as to compensate for the applied power reduction factor. |
