The present invention provides a rotating electrical machine system for controlling a wide range of rotating electrical machines, capable of sufficiently cooling a first and a second rotating electrical machine, and capable of superior cooling performance. The rotating electrical machine system according to the present invention comprises: a first rotating electrical machine constituted by a first stator and a first rotor; a second rotating electrical machine constituted by a second stator and a second rotor; a power convertor disposed further toward the inner diameter than the first and second rotors, and is mechanically connected to a rotary shaft along with the first and second rotors; a heat exchanger disposed above the first and second rotating electrical machines, and cooling cooling air used to cool the first and second rotating electrical machines by heat exchange with outside air; and a passage for guiding the cooling air cooled by the heat exchanger to the power convertor. The cooling air cooled by the heat exchanger flows in the passage to first cool the power convertor. |
