In order to obtain a high quality enhanced signal, the present invention comprises: a conversion means that converts a mixed signal, in which a first signal and a second signal are mixed, to a phase component of each frequency, and a power component or an amplitude component of each frequency; an amplitude analysis means by which the amplitude component or the power component elicits a prescribed frequency that conforms to a condition stipulated in advance; a variation amount generation means that uses a data sequence having a weaker cross-correlation than the phase component, to generate a variation amount of the phase component of the prescribed frequency; a phase control means that uses the variation amount provided from the variation amount generation means, to control the phase component of the prescribed frequency; and an inverse transformation means that uses the phase component to which control processing has been applied by the phase control means, to generate an enhanced signal. |
