<p>The present invention provides a buckle assembly and a variable shoulder strap bag comprising the same, the buckle assembly comprising: a first combination module having a first pivoting unit connected so as to enable a first upper strap and a first lower strap to be pivotable to each other and a first coupling part connected to the first pivoting unit; and a second combination module having a second pivoting unit connected so as to enable a second upper strap and a second lower strap to be pivotable to each other, and a second coupling part connected to the second pivotable unit and detachably coupled to the first coupling part.
