EXPANSION VAGINAL SUPPOSITORY

An expansion vaginal suppository is disclosed, which comprises the first expansion carrier, the active component and the suppository layer composed of the matrix which covers at least one tip of the first expansion carrier. Said vaginal suppository can swell according to predetermined value in aqueous solution with 3.0- 8.0 of pH value. The swelling value of the first expansion carrier sopped in water with saturation is 1- 30. Said expansion vaginal suppository has sufficient contact surface with epithelium and mucosal wall of the vagina, in which the bioavailability of the active component is improved.
