The present invention relates to hydraulic type shock absorber footwear, and more specifically, to hydraulic type shock absorber footwear, which can absorb the shock applied to feet and heels and reduce the pain of knees, thereby being helpful in walking and giving comfortability, and which comprises: a cylinder part and a piston part. The cylinder part includes: a cylinder filled with a fluid and having a spring embedded therein; and a piston rod hole formed in an upper surface of the cylinder. The piston part includes: a circular plate-shaped piston having the same inner diameter as the cylinder and reciprocating inside the cylinder; a piston rod connected to the piston and passing through the piston rod hole; a guide connected to the piston rod; a valve hole formed by passing through the piston; a valve coupled with one surface of the piston by a hinge so as to block the valve hole; and a nozzle hole formed by passing through the piston. |
