The prevent invention provides a display device with a pad structure to prevent a bonding failure. The display device includes: a substrate; a first wire which is formed on the substrate; a first pad which is electrically connected to the first wire and is formed on the same layer as the first wire; a second wire is formed on a layer which is different from the first wire by interposing an insulation layer.; a second pad which is formed on the same layer as the first pad; and a connection unit which electrically connects the second wire to the second pad.
