The present invention relates to a disposal apparatus of nitrogen oxides and a disposal method therefor. The disposal apparatus of nitrogen oxides comprises: a spray unit installed in a heating furnace and spraying a diluted reductant into the heating furnace; a concentration measuring sensor for measuring the concentration of nitrogen oxides included in the exhaust gas generated in the heating furnace; and a control unit controlling the spray unit to spray the diluted reductant when the concentration of nitrogen oxides measured by the concentration measuring sensor is higher than the reference concentration, controlling to increase the spray amount of the diluted reductant in proportional to the concentration of the nitrogen oxides when the concentration of nitrogen oxides increases in the state of the reference concentration or higher, and controlling to reduce the spray amount of the diluted reductant in proportional to the concentration of the nitrogen oxides when the concentration of the nitrogen oxides is reduced in the state of the reference concentration or higher to the lower concentration than the reference concentration.
