The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for the prevention or treatment of hypertension containing enzymatic hydrolysate of croaker scales as an effective component. The enzymatic hydrolysate of croaker scales which is an effective component of the present invention inhibits ACE activity and the generation of angiotensin II causing the rise of blood pressure for controlling the rise of blood pressure, and is capable of being used for preventing and treating hypertension. |
