PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which a conventional technique cannot create a shadow to be generated by a stereoscopic image which looks protruding from a screen on a floor, a wall, or the like in the real space.SOLUTION: An image processing device generates a shadow image for creating, in the real space, a pseudo shadow of a stereoscopic image of a virtual object in allowing an observer to perceive the stereoscopic image by displaying a parallax image on the basis of data capable of specifying a position and shape of the virtual object and information indicating a position and size of a projection area in image projection means for projecting the shadow image in the real space. |
