PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ion elution device which can elute an enough ion concentration to elute an ion for antibacterial treatment for laundry in tap water.SOLUTION: An ion elution device comprises: a water reservoir to store supplied tap water in; a partition plate constructing one side wall of the water reservoir and making the water overflow and flow out; and an electrode provided in the water reservoir and eluting an ion to the stored water. Supply of ion additive water of desired ion concentration is enabled because the ion is eluted to the water in the water reservoir and a term before overflowing the partition plate is a term to elute the ion.
