PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform appropriate power management in consideration of convenience of an unspecified number of electric cars that repeatedly move between chargeable spots and suppression of load on charging facilities in each of the spots.SOLUTION: A charge/discharge management planning system according to an aspect of the present invention performs power management of charge/discharge facilities disposed in a plurality of charge/discharge spots and a plurality of electric cars moving between the charge/discharge spots at the same time in conjunction with each other. The charge/discharge management planning system comprises electric car registration means, route information acquisition means, and facility utilization planning means. The electric car registration means actively registers or unregisters each electric car to be managed. The route information acquisition means acquires route information indicating a movement plan of a registered electric car. The facility utilization planning means generates a facility utilization plan indicating a charge/discharge plan in each of the charge/discharge facility in the plurality of charge/discharge spots, using the route information. |
