<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blade function device attaining a high blade rotation efficiency and reduction in resistance of blade under an action of wind power and water flow force.SOLUTION: Four equally spaced-apart arms are fixed and installed to a vertical elongated central rotating shaft, in turn cylindrical members are fixed in parallel with the rear upper portions of lateral plate-blades. The plate-blades are faced toward a rotating direction, the arms are inserted into the cylindrical members and attached there, the cylindrical members have long holes to cause the plate-blades to be reciprocated rearward in a slant limited angle from a vertical state, an engaging part fitted into the long hole to cause a motion of the long hole to become a limited motion of the plate-blade is fixed and arranged in the arms, and a plurality of assembled units are equally spaced-apart at the vertical central rotating shaft while each of the arm directions being changed to a suitable direction.</p> |
