<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording apparatus capable of more appropriately discharging lubricant from inside to outside of a guide shaft.SOLUTION: A recording apparatus includes: a piston 16A applying a pressure to an interior of a carriage guide shaft 13A; and driving means 14 for driving the piston 16A. If a carriage 9 depresses a lever 21, then the lever 21 pushes the piston 16A into the carriage guide shaft 13A, an internal pressure of the carriage guide shaft 13A rises, and grease g is discharged from the interior to a shaft surface. This can appropriately keep slidability between the carriage guide shaft 13A and the carriage 9 (bearings 10A, 10B).</p> |
