PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitoring device capable of accurately recording on-site information, an alarm terminal, and a monitoring method by the monitoring device.SOLUTION: The monitoring device comprises a first reception unit and a first control unit. The first reception unit receives an alarm signal generated by the alarm terminal. The first control unit generates and transmits a first command in response to the alarm signal. The first command controls the alarm terminal so as to photograph an image or video and transmit the image or video photographed by the alarm terminal to the monitoring device, thereby acquiring a projected image around the alarm terminal through the monitoring device.
