<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow for mounting of first battery unit or a second battery unit selectively on one mounting section.SOLUTION: A mounting section (16) is provided in the battery housing section (14) of a hand-held electronic device (10), the mounting section (16) is formed in rectangular shape, in the plan view, by long first sides (16a, 16b) and short second sides (16c, 16d), and recesses (20a, 20b) are formed at corresponding positions of the first sides. A first battery unit (50) is mounted in the mounting section, by fitting the first ends forming the short sides of the first battery unit. When mounting a second battery unit (150) in the same mounting section, the recesses are not used but the second battery unit is mounted in the first sides (16a, 16b) and second sides (16c, 16d).</p> |
