PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the structure of an electric connection box.SOLUTION: An electric connection box 10 is mounted on a vehicle and includes: a circuit part 11 on which an electronic component 14 is mounted; a conductive heat radiation member 20 which radiates heat of the circuit part 11; and a conductive case 25 which stores the circuit part 11 between itself and the heat radiation member 20. The case 25 includes: a case body 25A covering the circuit part 11; a ground connection part 30 which continues into the case body 25A and is connected with ground of the vehicle; and a heat radiation member connection part 35 which continues into the case body 25A and is connected with the heat radiation member 20.
