PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire an index corresponding to an FFR from image data by eliminating the need of wire insertion.SOLUTION: A medical image diagnostic device relating to this embodiment includes a storage part 12 for storing volume data or a series of image data about a prescribed organ of a subject, a blood flow information generation part 15 for generating first blood flow information of a first area and second blood flow information of a second area different from the first area on the basis of the volume data or the series of image data, and a blood flow blockage index generation part 16 for generating a blood flow blockage index showing the degree of blood flow blockage in a blood vessel about the first area or the second area on the basis of the first blood flow information and the second blood flow information.
