LIPASE AND USE THEREOF

Provided is a novel lipase, of which the amino acid sequence is shown by SEQ ID NO: 1. After removing the signal peptide thereof, the amino acid sequence of said lipase is shown by SEQ ID NO: 3. Also provided is a Pichia pastoris cell carrying an expression vector comprising the gene of said lipase. The constructed Pichia pastoris engineering cell can efficiently express said lipase, with the enzymatic activity level reaching 229u/ml. For the recombinantly expressed lipase, the optimum working temperature is 40℃, and the optimum pH value is 4.0. Said lipase can significantly improve the utilization rate of oil and fat materials in feeds. By supplementing said lipase in daily ration, the production performance of the group of broiler chickens of which the supplemented amount of oil and fat materials in daily ration is reduced by 75kcal/kg, is superior to that of the negative control, and nearly consistent with that of the positive control, therefore the feed cost can be significantly reduced.
