摘要 <p>A stacked thermoelectric conversion module has a structure in which the following are stacked: a module for use in a high-temperature portion which is a thermoelectric conversion module in which a metal oxide is used as each thermoelectric conversion material or a thermoelectric conversion module in which a silicon-based alloy is used as each thermoelectric conversion material; and a module for use in a low-temperature portion which is a thermoelectric conversion module in which a bismuth-tellurium-based alloy is used as each thermoelectric conversion material. The stacked thermoelectric conversion module disposes a flexible heat-transfer material and, if necessary, a metal sheet between the module for use in a high-temperature portion and the module for use in a low-temperature portion. Also, the stacked thermoelectric conversion module disposes a cooling member on the cooling surface side of the module and a flexible heat-transfer material.</p>
