<p>Provided is a device for treating ammonia-containing wastewater, whereby it becomes possible to treat the ammonia-containing wastewater with high efficiency without requiring the use of a chemical substance such as a scale-dispersing agent or a slime-controlling agent even when the ammonia-containing wastewater contains ammonia at a high concentration. A device for treating ammonia-containing wastewater, which is equipped with: an ammonia stripping treatment unit (12) for achieving an ammonia stripping treatment of the ammonia-containing wastewater at pH 10 or higher; a primary reverse osmosis membrane treatment unit (14) for achieving a first-stage reverse osmosis membrane treatment of ammonia-stripped water, which has been ammonia-stripped, at pH 10 or higher to separate the ammonia-stripped water into primary permeated water and primary condensed water; a secondary reverse osmosis membrane treatment unit (16) for achieving a second-stage reverse osmosis membrane treatment of the primary permeated water at pH 8.5 or lower to separate the primary permeated water into secondary permeated water and secondary condensed water; and a circulation means for circulating the secondary condensed water into the upstream side of the ammonia stripping treatment unit (12).</p> |
