<p>A shock absorbing rotor structure of an electric motor includes an inner-layer iron core (1), an outer-layer iron core (2) and an intermediate shock absorbing layer (3). The inner-layer iron core (1) and the outer-layer iron core (2) are connected together through the intermediate shock absorbing layer (3). The outer side wall surface of the inner-layer iron core (1) is provided with several outer grooves (11), the inner side wall surface of the outer-layer iron core (2) is provided with several inner grooves (21), and the positions of the outer grooves (11) correspond to those of the inner grooves (21). Bumps (31, 32) protruding out of both sides of the intermediate shock absorbing layer (3) are embedded in the outer grooves (11) and the inner grooves (21) respectively. Fixture blocks (33, 34) protruding out of both ends of the intermediate shock absorbing layer (3) are fastened on the top surface and the bottom surface of the inner-layer iron core (1) and the outer-layer iron core (2) respectively. The rotor realizes a radial and axial positioning assembly of an inner-layer iron core and an outer-layer iron core, has a simple structure, firm connection and a good shock absorbing effect, thus reducing the noise.</p> |
