<p>PURPOSE: A thin film type solar cell and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to prevent the diffusion of impurities from a substrate to a light absorption layer by forming a diffusion barrier layer including silicon oxide and sodium. CONSTITUTION: A light absorption layer (20) is formed on the back surface of a transparent electrode (10). The light absorption layer absorbs sunlight and generates an electromotive force. A back electrode (30) is formed on the back surface of the light absorption layer. A substrate (50) is formed on the back surface of the back electrode. A diffusion barrier layer (40) is formed between the back electrode and the substrate. The diffusion barrier layer includes silicon oxide and sodium.</p> |
