<p>Provided is bedding whereby the vicinity of the shoulders of the body can be covered during sleep, and which it is possible for a person to easily prepare for sleep, and to do so by oneself without requiring any assistance from others. A left bedding (110) has a shoulder-contacting part for covering the left shoulder of the body during sleep, and a right bedding (120) has a shoulder-contacting part for covering the right shoulder of the body during sleep. Linking cords (141, 142) are linked respectively to the upper end of the shoulder-contacting part of the right bedding (120) and to the upper end of the shoulder-contacting part of the left bedding (110). Fastening members (132, 133) of a fastening fixture (30) are furnished with slotted portions thinner in width than the diameter of the linking cords (141, 142), making it possible for the linking cords (141, 142) to be detachably secured to the fastening fixture (130) by the fastening members (132, 133). A retainer plate of the fastening fixture (130) is slipped between the mattress and the floor.</p> |
