The present invention provides an information providing system using video with tagging information in which a lot of information including a video is found more accurately and effectively and information included in the video are actively re-configured to enable the information to be transferred as more meaningful information. To this end, the present invention provides an information providing system using video with tagging information that includes a main region in which the video with the tag information is played; a tag information region in which information tagged to the video played in the main region is shown with an image; a map region in which a map corresponding to the information tagged to the video played in the main region is shown; and a link region in which link information corresponding to information related to the video played in the main region is provided, wherein the tag information is provided for a user with an image overlapped when the video in the tag information is played.
