PURPOSE: A phenyl derivative is provided to effectively control grape sugar utilization, to effectively suppress the generation of a final diabetic oxide which is a factor causing diabetic complications, and to prevent and treat endothelial cell related-diseases or diabetes mellitus. CONSTITUTION: A phenyl derivative is represented by chemical formula 1. In chemical formula 1, each of R^1, R^2, and R^3 is hydrogen, a C1-6 linear or branched alkyl group, an unsubstituted or C1-4 linear or branched alkyl-substituted amino, a heterocycloalkyl-substituted C1-4 linear or branched alkyl group, an amino linear or branched C1-4 alkyl carbonyl group, a C1-4 linear or branched alkylcarbonyl, a heterocycloalkyl-substituted carbonyl group, a C5-C6 arylcarbonyl group, a C1-4 linear or branched alkyloxycarbonyl, a C1-4 linear or branched alkyloxycarbonyl, a C1-4 linear or branched alkylcarbonyl group, a phosphono group, a glucosyl group, a galactosyl group, a rhamnosyl, a xylosyl, an arabinosyl, or a glucuronic acid. |
