PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection structure of organic EL panels capable of adding a dimming function inexpensively, and to provide the organic EL panel capable of preventing erroneous wiring when configuring the connection structure of the organic EL panels.SOLUTION: A connection structure of organic EL panels comprises: first organic EL panels 10a and 10b having different luminous colors; and a second organic EL panel 11a sandwiched between the first organic EL panels 10a and 10b. The second organic EL panel 11a comprises: a first power feeding part that can be electrically connected with an external power supply and connected with the own first electrode layer; a second power feeding part that can be electrically connected with the external power supply and connected with the own second electrode layer; and a bypass member 18 that is insulated from the own energization path, and that can be electrically connected with the first organic EL panels 10a and 10b, and that electrically connects between the first organic EL panels 10a and 10b while bypassing the own energization path. |
