PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-contact power incoming device capable of maintaining comparable functionality and reducing the component cost.SOLUTION: A non-contact power incoming device 101 includes: a power incoming unit 110 for receiving an electric power in non-contact fashion from a power transmission device 200; a rectifier 140 for rectifying the electric power received by the power incoming unit 110; a smooth capacitor 141 for smoothing the electric power rectified by the rectifier 140; a power line PL0; a first relay RY1 disposed between the smooth capacitor 141 and the power line PL0; an electric voltage detection part 144 for detecting the electric voltage of the power line PL0; a second relay 146 disposed between the electric voltage detection part 144 and the power line PL0; a controller 180 for connecting the second relay 146 on the condition that the electric voltage of the power line PL0 after connecting the first relay RY1 is equal to or less than a prescribed value. |
