PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To collect membership fees without imposing any extra load on their payers by arranging for automatic collection from their respective electronic money cards.SOLUTION: A billing method uses a data center that is entrusted with and manages customer information on users (organizations and their members), member IC cards owned by the individual users (members) and on which charging conditions is stored, and a terminal apparatus that reads out charging conditions stored in the member IC cards and processes billing. On the basis of the charging conditions stored in the member IC cards, the terminal apparatus collects charged sums from the member IC cards in the form of electronic money. |
