PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus for producing a fiber aggregate capable of preventing spinning conditions from unintentionally changing irrespective of the amount of spinning.SOLUTION: The method and apparatus for producing a fiber aggregate using electrostatic spinning can prevent spinning conditions from unintentionally changing by passing a gas existing in a spinning space through a collector to transfer it to a gas exit which is located near and confronting a back surface facing a collection surface while supplying gas having regulated temperature and humidity to the spinning space. The method and apparatus for producing a fiber aggregate can thereby prevent spinning conditions from unintentionally changing irrespective of the amount of spinning.
