摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner for electrostatic charge image development capable of suppressing occurrence of fogging and a variation in density in high temperature and high humidity, and providing images with less occurrence of color streaks.SOLUTION: A toner for electrostatic charge image development contains toner base particles including at least a binder resin, and a first external additive and second external additive externally added to the toner base particles. The first external additive has the number average particle diameter of 50 nm or more and 500 nm or less, is particles including silica and titania, has an abundance ratio (Rs; atom%) of titanium atoms to silicon atoms measured by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy analysis (XPS) satisfying the following expression (1) 2.5≥Rs>0, and has an abundance ratio (Rw; atom%) of titanium atoms to silicon atoms by fluorescent X-ray measurement satisfying the following expression (2) 10≥Rw≥0.3. The second external additive is titania particles having the number average particle diameter smaller than the number average particle diameter of the first external additive.
