PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive plate and a ring gear member capable of strongly retaining a nut for fastening a plate member to the ring gear member without rotating the nut.SOLUTION: A plate member 11 and an annular support member 121 of a drive plate 10 are fastened to each other through a plurality of insertion nuts 16 and bolts 15, and each of the insertion nuts 16 comprises a screw hole 160 for screwing the bolt 15 therein and an engagement groove formed on an outer peripheral surface so as to be positioned between two end surfaces crossing an axial center of the screw hole 160. A peripheral part of a cutout part formed on the annular support member 121 is inserted into the corresponding cutout part so as to be fitted into the engagement groove, and a ring gear 120 is fixed by welding at least to an outer wall part 121w of the annular support member 121 so as to retain the annular support member 121 and the plurality of insertion nuts 16.
