PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a replacement knee prosthesis for creating a duplication approximated to a natural dynamic state of the knee, capable of achieving a combination of rolling movement, rotational movement, and translational movement between a femoral member and a tibial member of the knee prosthesis.SOLUTION: The replacement prosthesis includes: a prosthetic ligament for replacing a ligament; a bone engagement element to be fitted to a bone; and at least one of a biasing member and a tensile member operatively connecting between the prosthetic ligament and the bone engagement element. |
