PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens holding frame capable of exhibiting a desired lens performance by preventing occurrence of adverse deformation (internal stress) in the lens holding frame when a lens is fixed to the lens holding frame having a plurality of notches at an interval in the circumferential direction, and to provide a lens barrel having the lens holding frame.SOLUTION: A lens holding frame 20 includes: a plurality of thermally caulked edges (lens fixing sections) 22 formed at an interval in the circumferential direction; and a plurality of notches 23 formed at an interval in the circumferential direction on the radially outside of the plurality of thermally caulked edges (lens fixing sections) 22. A plurality of projections 32 formed at an interval in the circumferential direction on a cam ring (adjacent member) 30 adjacent to the lens holding frame 20 enter or leave the plurality of notches 23. The circumferential phase of the plurality of thermally caulked edges (lens fixing sections) 22 is different from that of the plurality of notches 23. |
