<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a BIM system capable of displaying an elevator in a visually comprehensible manner when proposing an elevator facility plan.SOLUTION: A BIM system uses elevator catalog data stored in a storage unit to generate a selection screen which allows for selecting an elevator or constituent parts thereof contained in the catalog data and lets a display unit display the selection screen. The BIM system generates manufacturing conditions for the elevator in accordance with selection manipulation, which is detected via the selection screen, made by a user who selects an image of an elevator or images of constituent parts of the elevator contained in the catalog data. The BIM system produces BIM parts that satisfy the manufacturing conditions by using parts information stored in the storage unit, generates a layout screen containing at least the BIM parts, and lets the display unit display the layout screen.</p> |
