<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the fluctuation range of brake torque due to a thickness dimension change caused by the temperature change of a brake disk.SOLUTION: An electric parking brake device 10 arranges, along the direction of an axial line 90, an electric motor 20, a reverse input cutoff clutch 86, an elastic member 112 and a worm 50 in this order. The reverse input cutoff clutch 86 transmits the rotational motion of the electric motor 20 from an output shaft 42 of the electric motor 20 to the side of the worm 50, while cutting off the transmission of the rotational motion of the worm 50 from the side of the worm 50 to the output shaft 42. Also, the elastic member 112 can transmit the rotational motion of the electric motor 20 from the reverse input cutoff clutch 86 to the worm 50.</p> |
