<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a glass substrate cutting device capable of preventing fine glass particles from adhering onto the surface of the glass substrate by removing quickly the fine glass particles scattered from a space over the glass substrate.SOLUTION: A glass substrate cutting device includes: a stage for supporting both sides on a cut planned area of the glass substrate; a pressing tool arranged on the lower side with respect to the cut planned area of the glass substrate supported on the stage, and ascendable/descendable with respect to the cut planned area; and an air jet plate arranged so as to be faced to the upper surface of the stage, for jetting out the air toward the upper surface of the stage. The air jet plate is provided with glass particle escape holes penetrating the air jet plate in the vertical direction in a prescribed pattern.</p> |
