The present invention addresses the problem of providing a method for evaluating pancreatic cancer, etc., whereby highly reliable information usable as a reference in understanding pancreatic cancer conditions can be provided. In the present embodiment, the pancreatic cancer conditions of an evaluation subject are evaluated by: (i) acquiring amino acid concentration data (involving the amino acid concentration values of at least 2 kinds of amino acids among 19 kinds of amino acids) relating to amino acid concentration values of blood that is collected from the evaluation subject; and (ii) calculating a value using the acquired amino acid concentration data of the evaluation subject and a predetermined formula that involves variables for which the amino acid concentration values are to be substituted (involving at least two variables for which the amino acid concentration values of at least 2 kinds of amino acids, among 19 kinds of amino acids, are to be substituted).
